The OLD DUDES M.C. have commissioned Chix Custom Cycles to build our club a custom motorycle
for our upcoming 2010 Poker Run and Bike Raffle. All proceeds received are donated to Susan G. Komen.
This will be the clubs ninth year donating to Komen and our third bike raffle. In 2009 we raised over $26,000 and $24,000 in 2008.
The first year we ever donated we only raised $800, a hundred of which members came out of pocket with We have come a long way since then.
That's why with the support of businesses like Chix Custom Customs we have set our goals even higher. We have an unveiling of the bike planned on stage
at the Race for Cure (October 17, 2009 at the 31st stage at the oceanfront) In which we will have tickets for sale.
This year ODMC has the honor of being the sole presenting sponsor, and have been asked to lead the race off on bikes.
After the race we will be showing the bike as many places as we can selling tickets throughout the year up until our run, where the drawing will be held at Hoss's Deli on June 19, 2010 around 4:00 p.m. The ride starts out at Hampton Roads Harley Davidson at 11:00 a.m. We have a lot of work ahead of us in order to exceed our previous years.
